- MEQU is a blood and IV fluid warmer for emergency transfusion. It is a portable liquid warmer that warms blood and fluid to body temperature in seconds.
- The system includes a Power Pack and a disposable heater. The two parts connect easily, providing less than 30 seconds of setup time. Blood and other infusion fluids can be heated from 5 °C to 37 °C at flow rates up to 150 ml/min. The Power Pack has enough capacity to warm 1.5 liters of cold liquid (4 °C) or 3.0 liters of liquid to body temperature at room temperature (21 °C).
Approved for use in helicopters and airplanes.
The Blizzard Trauma Blanket is designed to treat hypothermia in trauma patients who require immediate assistance at the time of evacuation.
The Blizzard Trauma Blanket prevents heat loss in the trauma patient in cases of bleeding, burning, exposure to water, and immersion. The cellular network of Reflexcell material traps warm air, while the metalized surface reflects heat to the patient and prevents heat loss.
Draggable Floating Sliding Tactical Stretcher is a lightweight and robust evacuation device that can be carried or dragged from the point of injury. Evacuation can be accomplished by using some or all of the nine arms arranged at regular intervals around the lowest layer of the stretcher. The XtractSR stretcher has been specially designed for personnel performing tactical and technical rescues in challenging environments using Duraelite fabric with its small size and minimal weight. The XtractSR stretcher has been specially designed to be anatomically adjustable according to the height of the injured in different sizes.

Appropriate bandaging is required to restore and control the casualty’s bodily functions. Improperly applied tampons and bandages cause discomfort to the casualty, infection, difficult transportation and even worsen the injuries. Therefore, all individual fighters should be able to use bandages and tampons well.
NIO is easy to learn, easy to teach, and one of the fastest vascular access methods. It has been developed by working with EMT personnel, military paramedics, and first aid teams. NIO proves its efficacy in several studies conducted on intraosseous infusion.
Up to 98% success in proximal tibia access and 91% in humeral access were achieved in clinical studies. Additional studies have provided zero formation of micro-fractures in the bone and rapid fluid transfer by performing an average procedure time of 18.3 seconds.
